D\u00fczce Sustainable Urban Transportation Plan (SKUp) is a plan that aims to transform the city's transportation structure into a more sustainable, efficient and people-oriented system. By focusing on different modes of transportation and prioritizing the integration and improvement of these systems, D\u00fczce SDUp aims to develop and improve urban mobility. This strategic approach aims to provide a higher quality of life for all city dwellers by addressing current transportation issues as well as contributing to the achievement of D\u00fczce's future growth and sustainability goals.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

D\u00fczce S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kentsel Ula\u015f\u0131m Plan\u0131 (SKUp), 2040 ufkunda kentin hareketlilik sistemini insan odakl\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck\u00a0 karbonlu ve y\u00fcksek g\u00fcvenlikli bir yap\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmek \u00fczere haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. The strategy of the plan is embodied in 8 main projects that produce a net impact on the ground: pedestrianization in the city center, mass parking system around the center, 50 km of separated bicycle lanes, 4 safe crossing points for active transportation, 4 metrobus (BRT) lines integrated with mobility hubs, restructuring of the bus terminal, establishment of \u201cliving center\u201d sub-focuses in University and Bah\u00e7e\u015fehir, and optimization of traffic management-safety on the western main axis. This package suppresses transit traffic in the center; strengthens pedestrian-bicycle continuity in the neighborhoods with a 30 km\/h speed approach and the \u201c15-minute access\u201d principle; and makes public transportation predictable and high-capacity with the metrobus backbone and feeder lines at the city scale. For the sustainability of the implementation, a 15-year implementation structure, a 5-year update cycle and a KPI-based monitoring mechanism have been defined; a Transportation Planning Unit approach has been proposed to strengthen the institutional capacity within the Municipality.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
